承蒙各位同業先進的支持與愛護，本人於2024年4月9日，榮膺為台灣區環境保護工程專業營造業同業公會（以下稱本會）第十五屆理事長。
Thanks to the advanced support and cherish of everyone in the industry, I was honored on April 9,2024 as the 15th Chairman of Taiwan District Environmental Protection Engineering Professional Construction Industry Association (hereinatfer referred to as the Association). 

連任以來倍感任重而道遠。本會成立迄今已四十三年，在歷屆理事長及理、監事們無私奉獻及共同努力之下，已為公會打下了良好的基礎。今後自當與本屆理監事們共同努力，期使環保工程得以永續發展。
Since my re-election, I feel the weight of responsibility is significant and the journey ahead is long. The Association has been established for 43 years, and under the selfless dedication and joint efforts of past presidents and board members, we have laid a solid foundation for the Association. Moving forward, I will work together with the current board members to ensure the sustainable development of environmental protection engineering.

本會會員長期以來，不斷研發與引進新的環工技術，並以提升工程能效與服務品質為宗旨。然目前在全球性的經濟不景氣、國內勞工政策的限制，及當前環境保護工程業面臨的種種問題，使得本會會員營運倍感艱辛。因此，如何增進會員拓展國內外環保市場、開創環保商機及協助會員因應世界局勢的轉變，在在都是本會未來努力的目標，也是本屆理監事責無旁貸的使命。
For a long time, our members have continuously researched and introduced new environmental engineering technologies, aiming to enhance project efficiency and service quality. However, the current global economic downturn, restrictions of domestic labor policies, and various challenges facing the environmental protection engineering industry have made operations increasingly difficult for our members. Therefore, how to enhance members' expansion into domestic and international environmental markets, create environmental business opportunities, and assist members in adapting to changes in the global situation are all goals for our future efforts and an unshirkable mission for the current board members.

爾後，有關環境保護工程相關問題，竭誠歡迎各位同業先進提供卓見、集思廣益，本會亦會提供適時的服務。同時，本會將不定期向政府有關單位或財經首長們提出建言，以尋求協助與解決之管道。為有效促使政府重視與維護全體會員權益，本會特於「2024年全國工業總會白皮書」，建言提出環境部應擬具「環境保護工程業管理條例」，並明定本會中央主管機關為環境部，提交立法機關修法，確實負責輔導、管理環境保護事業，以提升環境保護工程、服務品質。亟盼政府對本會會員所面臨的問題給予重視與協助，以利國家環保建設，並增進民眾的福祉。
In the future, we sincerely welcome all colleagues to provide their valuable insights on issues related to environmental protection engineering, and we will also offer timely services. Additionally, our Association will periodically submit recommendations to relevant government agencies or financial leaders to seek assistance and solutions.

To effectively encourage the government to pay attention to and uphold the rights and interests of all members, our Association specifically recommends in the "2024 National Association of Industry White Paper" that the Ministry of the Environment should draft the "Regulations for the Management of the Environmental Protection Engineering Industry," clearly designating the Ministry of the Environment as the central competent authority for our Association. This will ensure responsible guidance and management of environmental protection enterprises, thereby enhancing the quality of environmental protection engineering and services.

We earnestly hope that the government will pay attention to and assist with the issues faced by our members, which will benefit the nation’s environmental protection efforts and improve the well-being of the public.

最後，敬盼各位同業先進，在未來的三年內，對本人能時賜教益，以匡不逮。再度感謝各位同業先進們的支持與愛護，期盼在本屆理、監事團隊的共同努力下，能引領會員更上一層樓。謝謝大家。
Finally, I sincerely hope that all my esteemed colleagues will provide guidance and support to me over the next three years to help me improve. I would like to once again express my gratitude for the support and care from all my peers. I look forward to leading our members to new heights through the joint efforts of the current board team.
